- Elected as the VP of Membership: Vicki Behar, PMP. Vicki is a graduate of Eastern Washington University and has over 20 years experience in the project management field. Vicki has worked on projects for Hughes Satellite Systems, Motorola, McDonalds, General Motors and Ford. She is currently employed with Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories. PAML is an industry leader in the Northwest offering superior laboratory services to their clients through five simple values: 1) Respect 2) Justice 3) Compassion 4) Charity and 5) Simplicity.
- Elected as the VP of Marketing: Carl Paukstis, PMP. Carl is a graduate of Northeast Louisiana University. He moved to Spokane in 1984 to join ISC, which became The Company Of Many Names over the 15 years he worked there, departing as V.P Software Development to join Packet Engines/Alcatel. Since 2008, Carl has been with Weatherbee Media, an interactive multimedia education and advertising developer out of Philadelphia.
- Elected as the VP of Education: Kay Bachman, PMP. Kay holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree. in Interior Design from Washington State University and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. She has worked at Avista for 15 years, where she has held positions in facilities planning and for the past four years, she has served as a Project Management Analyst in the electrical engineering department. Most recently, Kay has assumed a leadership position as a loaned executive from Avista where she has been appointed Project Manager for Spokane’s University District.
